No driver has won more at Orange County Fair Speedway than Brett Hearn. However, Hearn has never finished better than fifth in a Short Track Super Series event. He hopes to change that this weekend when the Halmar International North Region gets underway with the ‘Hard Clay Open’ 50-lap event.
