Sponsor plays a role in The Big Show 5 feature race payoff

SUSSEX, NJ (March 30)…..Brett Hearn, champion race car driver and head of “The Big Show 5” promotional team, today formally announced a unique sponsorship program for the Super DIRTcar Modified Series 100-lap race to be held Tuesday, July 9 at Albany-Saratoga Speedway in Malta, New York

Geared specifically towards small and medium-sized businesses that want the wide exposure of a major regional auto race at a reasonable cost, Hearn’s $1,200 event sponsorship package includes banners on the grounds and Victory Lane, hospitality and pit access, and the opportunity to dedicate $300 of their payment to any lap and position of the 100-lap Modified feature payout.

Specifically, the $1,200 sponsorship will include three banners on the speedway grounds, inclusion on the Victory Lane banner, two all-access passes that include the pits and hospitality tent, $300 of the payment to be awarded at the sponsor’s discretion in the Modified payout. (For example: the car running ninth on the 49th lap, or any other combination), and appropriate photographs with the recipient of the bonus cash.

“We wanted to give businesses the opportunity to get involved with our race at a relatively nominal cost,” said Hearn, who will be overseeing The Big Show 5 in its second appearance at Albany-Saratoga Speedway. “Our 2012 race was the biggest event all year at Albany-Saratoga, and we’re working hard to make our July 9 race a true major happening for the fans and the competitors. We know that racing people support the businesses that back our sport, so this is a win-win situation for everyone.”

Business owners and managers—and even individuals—who want to get on board with The Big Show 5 should call Brett Hearn at 973-702-0819 during normal weekday hours.
